Tunes at Twilight Series - Corinne Chapman

Corinne Chapman brings to the stage a folk-rock-country sound, a blend of the liberated hippie rock music her mom blasted and the rolling twang of her fathers favorites like Marty Robbins. Her voice is clear, layered and insightful. She works to make her songs strong and intelligent, but most of all, reflections of life, portals into the moments we crave and fear.

Corinne grew up in the mountains of California, worked for the US Congress when she was in H.S., and studied in Paris before she moved to Nashville to pursue her music. She's joined by her band Billy Davidson, Anthony Joyner, Mike Crouch, Ric Latina and Jenny Gill.

Corinne has written (or co-written) over 45 songs recorded with producer Russ Zavitson (Billy Ray Cyrus, The Wilkinsons, The Kinleys, Michelle Wright) over the past couple of years. She continues to work on her craft, knowing that she has a family of believers and the talent and wit to do so.
